Membership in a Lions Club is open to anyone of good moral standing who has attained the age of 18 years.  If you are such a person, you can reach us by Clicking BE A MEMBER.

You will be invited to join us as a guest at a dinner meeting so you may see what being a Lion is all about. These meetings are held on the second and forth Thursday of each month, starting at 6:30 pm, from September to end of June. If you are interested in joining us, you will then be asked to fill out an application form for membership that will then be submitted to the membership committee. After they have vetted your application, it will be submitted to the club executive for approval. Once you have been approved for membership, arrangements will be made for you to be inducted into the Goderich Lions Club, and you will then be a member of the largest and most active service organization in the world, joining over 1.4 million men and women who are proud to call themselves Lions.

expected of you...

Membership in a Lions Club comes with an obligation. As a Lion, you will be expected to attend all club regular meetings, and actively participate in club projects. Absence because of work commitments or illness are acceptable. We run a weekly dabber Bingo (5 teams) and a weekly TV Bingo (4 teams) and you will be assigned to one those teams.  Your attendance each time your team is scheduled is crucial to our bingo's success. Involvement on at least two other club committees adds to the challenge of being a Lion, as we strive to fulfill our motto of  'We Serve'.
